Overview

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho Integration Specialist to manage and integrate Zoho modules, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Payroll, Zoho People, and other associated applications. This role involves custom module creation, workflow automation, integration with third-party APIs, and system optimization. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Zoho customization, API integrations, and working with Zoho's suite of products to enhance operational efficiency and automate business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Zoho CRM Customization & Integration:

• Customize the Zoho CRM Lead module, including adding custom fields, creating custom views, and defining custom workflows to streamline the sales process.
• Integrate Zoho Forms with Zoho CRM’s Lead module to capture leads and automate data entry.
• Configure and manage conversion mapping between Zoho CRM’s Lead, Account, and Deal modules to ensure a smooth sales funnel.
• Create custom modules, views, buttons, and workflows to meet the specific needs of the business. 2. Zoho Payroll & Zoho People Integration:
• Configure and manage Zoho Payroll to automate payroll processing, employee record management, and tax calculations.
• Integrate Zoho People with Zoho Payroll to streamline employee data management, leave tracking, and benefits administration.

3. API Integration & Custom Solutions:

• Work on third-party API integrations with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
• Develop and maintain custom integrations to meet business requirements, utilizing Zoho’s Deluge scripting language, webhooks, and Zoho Flow. 4. Zoho SalesIQ and Chatbot Deployment:
• Create and configure chatbots using Zoho SalesIQ to engage website visitors and capture leads.
• Deploy and maintain chatbots on the company website, ensuring they align with business goals and provide an excellent customer experience. 5.

Workflow & Automation:

• Design and implement automated workflows within Zoho CRM to improve lead management, follow-ups, and sales processes.
• Set up custom buttons and actions within Zoho CRM to automate tasks and enhance user productivity.

6. Troubleshooting & Support:

• Provide ongoing support for Zoho CRM, Payroll, and People integrations, including troubleshooting issues, ensuring data consistency, and resolving integration conflicts.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver timely results. Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho People integrations and customizations.
• Strong proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting, custom module creation, and workflow automation.
• Experience with third-party API integrations and handling complex integration scenarios.
• Solid understanding of data security and privacy standards when handling sensitive business and employee data.
• Ability to create custom views, dashboards, and reports to support business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho SalesIQ and chatbot implementation on websites.
• Familiarity with Zoho Flow for integrating Zoho apps with third-party applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
