You will be involved in product development and implementation for P&C insurance clients and large commercial businesses, delivering solutions that improve customer engagement, business growth, and risk management.

We are looking for a Front-End Developer / Web Developer to design high-performance user interfaces and ensure seamless integration with backend systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with modern front-end technologies, optimizing web pages for speed and scalability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create responsive, user-centric solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• HTML5.
• CSS3.

• Bootstrap.

• WordPress (Elementor, Joomla).

• Advanced Figma skills.
• Adobe XD.
• Illustrator.
• SEO (including Google Tags).
• Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to implement user interfaces that align with design specifications.
• Develop responsive, cross-browser-compatible web pages using HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Optimize web pages for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Create and maintain a component library for reusable UI elements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and web technologies.
• Proficient in theme development, plugin customization, and website management using Word Press.
  
  

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Front-End Developer or Web Developer, demonstrating expertise in building user-centric interfaces and delivering high-quality digital solutions.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g, Bootstrap, Angular, Material Design).
• Design, develop, and customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, adaptive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suit, or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with design principles, usability standards, and accessibility guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g, Git).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Having knowledge or work experience on Angular based web applications is an added advantage.
  
  

Educational Qualifications

• Engineering graduate or B.Tech/MCA with relevant major subjects like Computer Science.
• Applicants with other advanced certifications in relevant areas will be preferred.
