Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OnPrem and Cloud Windows Administrator to join our IT team in Bangalore The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Windows environments both onpremises and in the cloud This role requires a deep understanding of Windows systems cloud platforms and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Windows servers in both onpremises and cloud environments
Monitor system performance ensure system availability and reliability
Perform regular system updates patches and security configurations
Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions
Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment and maintenance
Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Document system configurations processes and procedures
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
7 -10 years of experience in Windows system administration
Proficiency in managing Windows servers Windows Server 201220162019 in both onpremises and cloud environments AWS Azure
Strong knowledge of networking concepts protocols and services DNS DHCP TCPIP
Experience with configuration management tools Ansible Puppet Chef
Familiarity with virtualization technologies HyperV VMware
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Strong scripting skills PowerShell
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications MCSE AWS Certified SysOps Administrator etc
Experience with cloud migration projects
Knowledge of database administration SQL Server
Experience with monitoring tools Nagios Zabbix Prometheus

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹160,000.00 per month
