Web UI Developer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web & Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visual content for print and digital platforms, as well as creating user-friendly websites that align with our brand's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:
• Create and edit engaging designs for flyers, brochures, posters, social media posts, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Design logos, brand assets, and corporate identity materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with campaigns and brand guidelines.
• Web Design:
• Design visually appealing website layouts and prototypes using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly websites using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Update and maintain existing websites to ensure functionality and a seamless user experience.
• UI/UX Design:
• Conduct user research to create intuitive interfaces and improve user journeys.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to guide website and app development.
• Optimize designs based on feedback and usability testing.
• Technical Collaboration:
• Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues promptly.
• Tools and Software:
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma for UI/UX design.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic and web design.
• Skills:
• Strong creative and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design and website development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with digital marketing teams.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Knowledge of basic JavaScript is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?917,852.98 per year
