Job Summary

As the Web Developer Head, you will oversee the planning, development, and execution of all web projects. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative web solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end development of web projects, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Technical Strategy: Define and implement best practices for web development, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver web solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
• Code Quality: Ensure high-quality code standards, conduct code reviews, and implement testing protocols.
• Technology Stack: Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend improvements to the tech stack.
• Budget Management: Manage the web development budget, including tools, resources, and third-party services.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues, optimize website performance, and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all web projects, including architecture, processes, and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• years of experience in web development, with at least [X] years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, such as:
• Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-end: Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of delivering complex web projects on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a digital marketing agency or e-commerce environment.
• Knowledge of SEO, UX/UI design principles, and web analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications in web development or related fields.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
