MintHomes Private Limited is looking for a skilled Web Developer with expertise in creating custom themes for CMS platforms, including WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal. The candidate will focus on building custom, installable themes using HTML, CSS, and PHP, ensuring compatibility with WordPress. This role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting high-performance, responsive websites while maintaining exceptional coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom themes and templates for WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal, ensuring compatibility and scalability.
• Design and deliver installable WordPress themes that align with modern web standards and client requirements.
• Build and integrate custom plugins, APIs, and back-end services to extend CMS functionality.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility for all web projects.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Customize WooCommerce functionality and integrate it seamlessly with WordPress themes.
• Monitor website performance, conduct regular updates, and apply security patches.
• Use Git for version control and team collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in custom theme development for WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL for building custom themes/templates.
• Expertise in WordPress theme development, with the ability to create installable themes.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap and WordPress plugin architecture.
• Strong understanding of web security, SEO, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and Git for version control.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• Advanced experience with Joomla and Drupal for CMS development.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience with back-end frameworks like Node.js or Laravel.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and test-driven development.
