We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Full Stack Web Developer cum Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical web development skills with hands-on digital marketing experience.

Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Web Developer cum Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our websites while also contributing to the execution of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both front-end and back-end development along with a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:Web Development:

• Develop, test, and deploy responsive websites using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.).
• Design and implement front-end architecture and back-end server functionality.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the website for performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers and UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Maintain and update websites with new features, enhancements, and security updates.

Digital Marketing:

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), optimizing for performance and ROI.
• Create and manage content for blogs, social media channels, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and digital marketing to implement best practices.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with website development.
• Provide technical support and insights during the implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Generate regular reports on website performance, SEO rankings, and digital marketing metrics.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s web and marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies: Node.js, Express, Python, or PHP.
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Understanding of website performance optimization and security best practices.
• Digital Marketing Skills:
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Solid understanding of email marketing campaigns and automation tools.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
• Excellent writing, communication, and content creation skills.
• Other Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar digital marketing tools.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Yearly bonus
