Overview
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Web Developer cum Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites while also managing digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive business growth. This role requires a combination of technical web development expertise and marketing proficiency to create compelling digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites.
- Ensure website performance, security, and scalability.
- Optimize website speed, SEO, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and fix website issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain CMS-based websites (WordPress, html,php etc.).
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs for enhanced functionality.
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Run and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Conduct email marketing campaigns and automate workflows.
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Execute content marketing strategies, including blogs, videos, and infographics.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Magento, or Shopify.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and website optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,266.54 - ₹37,701.99 per month
