Web Developer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of backend technologies, experience with frameworks like Django or Laravel, and proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles. A solid grasp of database management, along with foundational knowledge of frontend development, is also essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems and services using OOPs principles.
• Develop and optimize dynamic web applications using frameworks like Django, Laravel, or similar.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as PHP, Python, or Java.
• Create and manage relational databases using MySQL.
• Implement security and data protection measures for applications.
• Debug and resolve technical issues to enhance application performance.
• Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in backend programming languages like PHP, Python, or Java.
• Strong experience with frameworks such as Django, Laravel, or similar.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles and their implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of MySQL and database design principles.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js (a plus).
• RestAPI Development.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and ES6+.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks for backend systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of professional experience in backend development with a strong emphasis on OOPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
