Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern web technologies and a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and visually appealing web solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality web solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and devices.
• Implement best practices for web development, including performance optimization, SEO, and security.
• Ensure the websites and applications are mobile-friendly and cross-browser compatible.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and industry standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Work on both front-end and back-end development as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python) and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Skills (optional):

• Experience with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards.
