Location: Kakkanad, Kerala (On-site Role)

Job Type: Full-Time

Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Web Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and developing a custom website from the ground up, without using pre-built templates. We value creativity, innovation, and uniqueness, and are looking for someone who can bring fresh and engaging web design ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy custom websites without using any pre-built templates.
• Create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web designs.
• Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to implement design concepts and ensure the site meets brand requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using industry best practices (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, SEO optimization, and web accessibility.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and web technologies to continuously improve website performance and design.
• Participate in regular team meetings and provide input on design and functionality improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in web development.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
• Experience with backend technologies such as PHP, Node.js, or Python.
• Strong portfolio showcasing custom websites that demonstrate creativity, user-centric design, and technical expertise.
• Knowledge of web hosting, CMS (Content Management Systems), and database management.
• Ability to design and build websites from scratch, with no reliance on templates.
• Experience working with APIs, third-party tools, and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with AI would be a plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design would be a plus
• Previous experience in creating website and mobile app will be preferred
• Ability to create something unique or outside-the-box in terms of design and user experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
