Web Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist

Our company is seeking a talented and results-oriented Web Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for both the development and ongoing optimization of our website, as well as crafting and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Website Development:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand website needs and functionalities.
• Design, develop, and maintain a user-friendly and visually appealing website using relevant frameworks and technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript preferred).
• Ensure website responsiveness across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Implement content management system (CMS) to facilitate easy content updates.
• Maintain website security and performance.
• Digital Marketing:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve website traffic and business goals (e.g., lead generation, sales).
• Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to improve website ranking in search results.
• Create engaging content (written, visual) for the website and social media platforms.
• Manage social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyze website traffic and marketing campaign performance through analytics tools.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience in web development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript (React or Angular a plus).
• Experience with a content management system (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal is preferred.
• Understanding of website security best practices.
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO and social media marketing principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative and results-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing.

Pay: ₹9,140.57 - ₹15,000.00 per month
