You will be responsible for creating interactive, mobile-responsive, and cross-browser compatible web pages using the latest front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Bootstrap, and Git.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

Website Maintenance & Optimization: Regularly update and maintain the company website for improved performance and user experience.

Front-End Development: Create interactive, visually appealing, and responsive web pages.

UI/UX Implementation: Enhance the website layout, user interface, and navigation structure for better engagement.

SEO & Page Speed Optimization: Ensure website pages are optimized for Google Core Web Vitals, improving search engine rankings.

Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Identify and fix any front-end issues, ensuring smooth website functionality.

Collaboration with Digital Marketing Team: Work closely with the SEO and content teams to align website updates with marketing goals.

Version Control & Code Management: Use Git/GitHub for structured code management and updates.

4. Desired Experience and Skills

✔ 0-2 years of experience in Front-End Development (Freshers are welcome!)

✔ Experience with React.js, Bootstrap, and JavaScript frameworks

✔ Familiarity with WordPress & Elementor (Preferred, not mandatory)

✔ Basic knowledge of SQL databases and back-end integration

✔ Understanding of Google Core Web Vitals & Web Performance Metrics

✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
