Web Developer

Overview

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled PHP Web Developer with strong experience in backend and server-side development to build, enhance, and maintain dynamic web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PHP frameworks, database management, and server configurations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP.
• Work with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Manage and optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) for performance and security.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Configure and maintain web servers (Apache, Nginx) and cloud hosting environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure security best practices, including protection against SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF attacks.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members.
• Maintain version control (Git) and follow best development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in PHP and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
• Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with server-side configurations, including Apache, Nginx, and Linux environments.
• Experience in deploying and managing web applications on cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar).
• Proficiency in version control tools like Git and GitHub/GitLab.
• Strong understanding of security best practices for web applications.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks is a plus.
• Understanding of caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached) for optimized performance.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and server monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of API development and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of cloud computing services and serverless functions.
• Previous experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
