We are seeking a highly motivated and talented fresher web designer and developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. This role will involve designing website layouts, coding web pages, and ensuring the functionality and performance of web applications.

### Responsibilities:

- **Design and Development:**

- Create visually stunning website layouts and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Develop responsive web designs to ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.

- Collaborate with the design team to implement attractive and functional web features.

- **Coding and Scripting:**

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Implement front-end functionality using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Develop and maintain back-end services and databases using languages like PHP, Python, or Node.js.

- **Testing and Debugging:**

- Test websites for usability and fix any issues that arise.

- Ensure website functionality and performance across different browsers and devices.

- Optimize website speed and performance.

- **Collaboration and Communication:**

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

- Provide technical support and assist team members as needed.

### Requirements:

- **Education:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, or a related field.

- **Skills:**

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Basic understanding of server-side languages such as PHP, Python, or Node.js.

- Knowledge of web design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- **Experience:**

- Portfolio showcasing web design and development projects (academic projects or personal work is acceptable).

- Internships or part-time work experience in web design/development is a plus but not required.
