Job Description of the new hire

Key Responsibilities
-Custom Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance websites using WordPress (custom themes & plugins), PHP (Laravel), and JavaScript frameworks.
-Technical SEO & Performance Optimization: Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and search engine visibility through advanced technical SEO strategies.
-CRM Integrations: Implement seamless CRM integrations
-Integration & Automation: Ability to integrate WordPress with third-party applications and develop automated workflows to streamline processes.
-Data & Analytics Management: Utilize Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Tag Manager to track user behavior and optimize campaigns.
-A/B Testing & UX Enhancements: Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and forms, improving conversion rates through data-driven UI/UX enhancements.
-Automation & Marketing Integrations: Automate workflows with Zapier and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, streamlining marketing campaigns and business operations.
-Hosting & Deployment: Manage hosting environments using cPanel, AWS, and version control (GitHub) to ensure website uptime and performance.
-Security & Maintenance: Maintain the security and integrity of the CMS platform by implementing security best practices, performing regular backups, and applying security patches promptly.

Qualifications & Skills
-5+ years of experience in web development with expertise in WordPress (custom themes & plugins), PHP (Laravel), JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
-Proficiency in Technical SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Web Analytics.
-Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce CRM and API-based systems (RESTful & SOAP APIs).
-Strong skills in UI/UX design using Figma and implementing responsive web designs.
-Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, cPanel, Nginx, Apache) and deployment best practices.
-Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
