Job Description-

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Web Application Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications. Working closely with our product, design, and development teams, you’ll help shape the future of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Development:

· Build and maintain web applications using modern technologies and frameworks like Node.js, React.js, and/or Vue.js, MongoDB, Express.js, and/or Next.js.

· Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

2. Backend Development:

· Design, implement, and manage backend systems, RESTful APIs, and databases to support front-end functionality.

· Optimize server-side logic for performance and scalability.

3. Collaborative Development:

· Work with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA teams, to deliver seamless applications.

4. Performance Optimization:

· Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end systems.

· Ensure high levels of security, accessibility, and data integrity.

5. Code Quality & Best Practices:

· Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

· Conduct peer code reviews and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

6. Continuous Learning:

· Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

· Contribute ideas and solutions to improve overall team performance and project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Core Skills:

· Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, React.js, Vue.js, MongoDB, Express.js, and Next.js.

· Solid understanding of web development principles, including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

· Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

2. Development Practices:

· Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Knowledge of deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows.

3. Problem-Solving & Communication:

· Strong analytical and debugging skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication for team collaboration and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with TypeScript.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

· Understanding of GraphQL, microservices architecture, or containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

· Knowledge of testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

Monday to Friday (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
Saturday (9:30 AM - 4 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
