Web Application Developer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Web App Developer – Team Leader with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our development team. The ideal candidate must have expertise in PHP, Laravel, Node.js, React.js, AWS, and WordPress. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management abilities, and hands-on experience in web application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
• Plan, assign, and oversee development tasks based on team members' expertise.
• Guide and mentor developers, helping them resolve technical challenges.
• Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using PHP, Laravel, Node.js, and React.js.
• Ensure seamless integration of WordPress-based solutions where required.
• Optimize web applications for speed, security, and scalability.
• Manage AWS services for deployment, hosting, and security.
• Conduct regular code reviews and implement best coding practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in full-stack web development and team management.
• Strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, Node.js, React.js, AWS, and WordPress.
• Proven experience in handling multiple projects and leading a development team.
• Excellent English communication skills for client handling and team coordination.
• Ability to solve technical issues, perform code reviews, and improve development workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
