Job Responsibilities
What You Will Do Lead Web App Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications. Architect the Technology Stack: Choose and implement the best frameworks, databases, and infrastructure for modern web development. Develop Reusable Components: Establish a strong foundation for future web projects across different verticals. Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the founders and other teams to align web app capabilities with overall business goals. Mentor and Grow the Team: Help recruit and train a team of web developers over time.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong expertise in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, PHP, or equivalent).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Firebase, or similar) and DevOps best practices.
- Deep understanding of database architectures (SQL, NoSQL, Firestore, Supabase).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of key technical decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a builder’s mindset.
- Previous experience in a startup or early-stage company is a plus.
