Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software development and architect scalable solutions.
- Manage technical teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical strategies and project roadmaps.
- Perform code reviews, technical mentoring, and troubleshooting.
- Work on performance optimization, security enhancements, and system scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive innovation in software development.
- Ensure seamless integration of development efforts with business goals.
- 12+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
- Expertise in Python, Django, JavaScript, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong knowledge of database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and mentor developers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
