We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President SQL Server Database Developer to join our Asset Servicing Engineering team. This role is in Pune, MH– HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL Server databases, including tables, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Work independently and as part of a globally diverse team.
• Collaborate with the Product team to understand business requirements and achieve team goals.
• Define database standards, best practices, and guidelines for development and maintenance.
• Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure database architectures
  
  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Highly skilled and experienced SQL Server Developer and Architect with over 10 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize database solutions
• Have a strong background in SQL Server development, database architecture, performance tuning, and data management.
• Deep understanding of database systems, the ability to design scalable and secure solutions, and the expertise to lead database-related projects.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other database-related issues.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, including query tuning, indexing, and partitioning
• Collaborate with application developers to integrate databases with front-end applications.
• Strong experience with SDLC methodologies, Jira, GIT and Liquibase will be added advantage
