Work you’ll do

Assist in the design and development of applications and systems utilizing modern web technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, Angular, HTML5, and Bootstrap. Responsibilities include documenting both functional and technical designs, collaborating with technical architects, project leads, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand challenges and requirements, gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs, and creating user stories. Additionally, you will support system testing and develop system documentation and user manuals. This role offers a unique opportunity to join the expanding USI UK DI team, which focuses on enhancing consistency, quality, and efficiency through key marketplace applications. You will also demonstrate a solid understanding and practical knowledge of business and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Eliciting and documenting requirements. Interacting with stakeholders and subject matter experts with the intention of understanding and documenting their requirements.
• Define and manage the project requirements by creating user stories for technical and functional requirements along with defining the acceptance criteria.
• Document business cases, support the User Acceptance Testing.
• Collaborate with business, application leads, QA analysts
• Work as a bridge between the business and the development team, looking for gaps and analysing impact.
• Liaison between business and clients.
• Facilitate meetings, educational workshops for team members; Perform release handovers
• Business process modelling – Create end to end process modelling
• Simplifying requirements, so they are easily understood across the whole team.
• Develop skills to represent the development team within the business stakeholder group.
• Work with the product manager on aligning what the customer wants with what the team is producing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA or equivalent with solid experience in Business Analysis
• 4+ years’ Agile / Scrum experience
• Required experience in documenting business requirements, functional design, business scenarios etc.
• Required experience using entire MS office Suite
• Solid presentation skills
• Solid knowledge in SDLC and TFS
• Solid experience in creating UML diagrams and mockups

Required Experience: 4 to 6 years

Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST
