Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to analyze, document, and communicate business requirements. You will play a vital role in identifying business needs, process improvements, and technology solutions to help drive our business objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities:
*Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements for IT systems and solutions.
*Work closely with developers and technical teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of IT solutions.
*Create use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and other documentation to support development efforts.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within IT systems and
business processes.
*Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and
understanding.
*Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
-Master’s degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Strong understanding of IT systems, software development life cycle (SDLC), and
methodologies
-Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, etc.).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical details to business users and vice versa.
-Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
