Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and self-driven Unity Game Developer to join our team at Togwe. As a Unity Game Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing interactive and visually appealing games. This role requires an independent professional with a passion for gaming and the ability to deliver high-quality results without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement games using Unity Engine, focusing on seamless gameplay and optimal performance across platforms.
• Build game features including player mechanics, AI behaviors, animations, physics, and UI/UX elements.
• Optimize games for mobile platforms (iOS and Android), ensuring high performance on diverse devices.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using C#.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs, including analytics, payment gateways, and social features.
• Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks, crashes, and compatibility issues.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to achieve a cohesive and engaging user experience.
• Implement multiplayer and networking functionalities where required.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in game development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Unity Engine and C# programming language.
• Experience in mobile game development, including optimization for Android and iOS platforms.
• Solid understanding of game physics, particle systems, and animations.
• Knowledge of multiplayer and networking concepts (e.g., Photon, Mirror, or Unity Multiplayer solutions).
• Familiarity with integrating third-party plugins, SDKs, and APIs.
• Proficiency in debugging and performance profiling tools within Unity.
• Basic understanding of database management and backend integration (e.g., Firebase, PlayFab).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Candidate from Jaipur location will be a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience developing casual games, board games, or card games.
• Understanding of monetization strategies such as in-app purchases and rewarded ads.
• Knowledge of shader programming and graphics optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
