UI/Web Developer

As a UI/Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces. Your primary duties will include:

• Design and Development: Creating and implementing responsive web designs using HTML4/5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Frameworks and Libraries: Utilizing Bootstrap for building responsive layouts and enhancing the visual appeal of web pages.
• Maintenance and Updates: Ensuring websites are updated regularly and running smoothly by troubleshooting and fixing bugs web applications to optimize performance and ensure compatibility across various browsers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with designers, back-end developers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of web interfaces with back-end systems.
• User Experience (UX): Focusing on enhancing user experience by optimizing web pages for speed, performance, and usability.
• Creative Design Thinking: Applying creative design thinking to create beautiful user experiences and interfaces.
• Code Quality: Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Responsive Web Design: Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
• Team: Collaborate with the design team to transform wireframes and mockups into functional and high-performance web pages.
• Stay Updated: Keeping up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies to continually improve your skills and the quality of work.

Essential Skills :

• HTML4/5: Proficient in structuring and presenting web content.
• CSS3: Strong skills in styling and layout techniques.
• JavaScript: Ability to create interactive elements and enhance user interfaces.
• Bootstrap: Experience with this framework for developing responsive and mobile-first websites.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Added Advantage :

• WordPress: Familiarity with this CMS for creating and managing website content.
• Shopify: Experience in building and customizing e-commerce websites.
• jQuery: Proficiency in using this JavaScript library for simplifying HTML DOM manipulation and event handling.
• Knowledge of JavaScript libraries and frameworks like React JS, and Vue JS.

Qualification :

• Undergraduate: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science (CS), Information Science (IS) or Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA).
• Postgraduate: Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
