UI/UX Engineer & Business Analyst

Overview

This role combines UI/UX design expertise with business analysis skills to develop high-quality user experiences while aligning them with business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, analyze requirements, and design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for Career Savvy and the Recruiter Portal.

Key Responsibilities1. UI/UX Engineering Responsibilities:

• Design and implement user-friendly, responsive UI components using React.js, Next.js, TailwindCSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize workflows and improve usability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and enhance system performance.
• Optimize UI/UX for performance, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility.
• Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to refine user experience.
• Maintain consistency with design systems and branding guidelines.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, clients, and users.
• Translate business needs into functional UI/UX design requirements.
• Create user stories, workflows, and process diagrams to guide development.
• Identify and resolve UI/UX pain points based on data analysis and feedback.
• Work with developers, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment between technical implementation and business goals.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to suggest improvements.
• Track KPIs for user engagement and experience, making data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ 3+ years of experience in UI/UX development and business analysis.
✅ Strong knowledge of React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
✅ Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and business documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio).
✅ Experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
✅ Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into UI/UX solutions.
✅ Experience working with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and creating workflows.
✅ Basic understanding of SQL and APIs for data-driven decision-making.
✅ Strong problem-solving abilities and a user-centric mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Cloud, Firebase, and third-party API integrations.
• Understanding of SEO principles and front-end performance optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-driven UI components or chatbots.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
