Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into compelling user interfaces and seamless user flows. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality UI/UX solutions.

Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis:
• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, user journeys, and other artifacts to document and communicate user insights.
• UI Design:
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across different devices and platforms.
• UX Design:
• Develop user flows and information architecture to optimize user experience.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and ensure feasibility of designs.
• Apply knowledge of interaction design principles to create intuitive and efficient user interactions.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
• Work within agile development cycles.
• Staying Current:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through professional development.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in UI/UX design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
