JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a UI/UX Developer who can design and deploy user-friendly, high-performance websites that enhance customer engagement and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Figma for wireframing and prototyping and front-end development for launching static websites with contact forms.
The UI/UX Developer will play a key role in website optimization, working closely with the SEO specialist, social media team, and product marketing team to ensure seamless digital experiences across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:1. UI/UX Design & Prototyping
· Create user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma.
· Design conversion-optimized landing pages for different business verticals.
· Ensure intuitive navigation and a mobile-first approach.
· Develop design guidelines, style guides, and UI components.
2. Web Development & Deployment
· Convert Figma designs into live static websites with inquiry/contact forms.
· Implement HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Next.js preferred but not mandatory).
· Optimize page speed, accessibility, and SEO-friendly structures.
· Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
3. Collaboration & Growth Optimization
· Work closely with SEO specialists to implement on-page SEO best practices.
· Support the Performance Marketing team in building landing pages for paid ads.
· Collaborate with content creators & social media teams for branding consistency.
· Assist with A/B testing and UX improvements to improve conversions.
4. Technical & Performance Enhancements
· Optimize site speed and implement structured data (schema markup).
· Ensure proper integration of forms with Zoho CRM for lead tracking.
· Implement Google Analytics & heatmaps to monitor user behavior.
Skills & Qualifications:Required:
Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design. Strong experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Next.js is a plus). Hands-on experience with responsive & mobile-first design. Familiarity with SEO-friendly development & Core Web Vitals. Basic understanding of Google Analytics & performance tracking. Experience with form integrations (Zoho CRM is a plus).
Preferred:
Experience in e-commerce, tourism, or hospitality websites. Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). Familiarity with website builders like Webflow or WordPress (optional).
