UI/UX Developer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand user requirements and translate them into high-quality UI/UX designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure the seamless integration of UI/UX designs into fully functional products.
• Optimize web and mobile applications for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining high-quality user interfaces.
• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design concepts.
• Design and maintain a consistent look and feel for web and mobile applications to ensure alignment with branding guidelines and style guides.
• Develop interactive features and micro-interactions to enhance the overall user experience.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, ensuring the design works seamlessly across all devices and browsers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive UI/UX documentation, including design systems, component libraries, and design guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the best possible user experience.
• Advocate for the user’s needs while ensuring a balance with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Work in an Agile development environment, providing design solutions and updates in sync with the product development cycle.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Expertise in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and/or InVision.
• Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).
• Experience in designing user-centric interfaces for complex web and mobile applications, with a strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability.
• Strong proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design mockups.
• Knowledge of user-centered design processes, including user research, testing, and persona development.
• Solid understanding of information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
• Experience with design systems, UI component libraries, and version-controlled design assets.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts, user flows, and design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of front-end development practices and how UI/UX design works within the development lifecycle.

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• UI/UX-related certifications (e.g., Google UX Design Certificate, Adobe Certified Expert) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, Balsamiq, or Adobe Creative Suite for design and prototyping.
• Experience with animation and interactive design, including tools such as Principle, After Effects, or Framer.
• Understanding of accessibility best practices and how to implement them in web and mobile applications.
• Experience in conducting user testing and analysis to drive design improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
