About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Web Designer & Developer to transform our software into intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to design & develop seamless interfaces that enhance usability and engagement. If you are passionate about crafting elegant solutions that improve user interaction and experience, we’d love to meet you!
What we’re looking for:
- A detail-oriented professional who prioritizes scalability in design, advocating for the consistent application of design systems to deliver polished, cohesive user interfaces.
- A seasoned UX/UI Designer who excels in navigating ambiguity, transforming PRDs and initial wireframes into refined, user-friendly design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze user requirements.
- Illustrate design ideas
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups.
- Design visually appealing graphic elements and navigation components.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Write html/css
Skills & Qualification Criteria
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer especially in web designing.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools would be a plus
- Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- A strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability
- Ability to translate business requirements into creative design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a user-first mindset.
- Ability to convert designs into HTML/CSS
- Experience in SASS or LESS
