About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Web Designer & Developer to transform our software into intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to design & develop seamless interfaces that enhance usability and engagement. What we’re looking for:
- A detail-oriented professional who prioritizes scalability in design, advocating for the consistent application of design systems to deliver polished, cohesive user interfaces.
- A seasoned UX/UI Designer who excels in navigating ambiguity, transforming PRDs and initial wireframes into refined, user-friendly design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze user requirements.
- Illustrate design ideas
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups.
- Design visually appealing graphic elements and navigation components.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Write html/css
Skills & Qualification Criteria
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer especially in web designing.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools would be a plus
- Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- A strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability
- Ability to translate business requirements into creative design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a user-first mindset.
- Ability to convert designs into HTML/CSS
- Experience in SASS or LESS
