Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer to join our team at Cyberpark, Calicut. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design and development. The UI/UX Developer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs and enhancing user experiences for our web and mobile applications. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience.
• Ensure consistent and visually appealing designs across all platforms and devices.
• Apply best practices in UI/UX design principles to create responsive and accessible interfaces.
• Work with developers to implement designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Continuously stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Analyze user behavior and provide design recommendations based on data insights.

Requirements:

• Male or Female candidates.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Strong proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Knowledge of user research techniques and usability testing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
