Shift- 2 PM to 11 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to design and implement user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both UI/UX design principles and front-end development. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand user needs and business goals.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Implement responsive designs using modern front-end technologies.

Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.

Maintain design consistency and establish UI guidelines and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

UI/UX Design: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

CSS Preprocessors: Experience with SASS or LESS.

Responsive Design: Strong knowledge of media queries and mobile-first design.

Version Control: Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.

Prototyping & Wireframing: Ability to create interactive prototypes.

Usability Testing: Experience in conducting A/B testing and user feedback analysis.

Agile/Scrum Methodology: Comfortable working in an agile development environment.

Skillset-

UI, UX, Interaction Design, Figma, Design Systems, Visual Design and communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, and Training assets.
