Position: UI/UX Developer

Location: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Shift: Day-Time. [ 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday TO Saturday ]

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Swargate, Pune. This full-time position offers the chance to work on exciting projects, enhance

Job Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create intuitive and

visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

● Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to understand user

needs and behaviors

● Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate design ideas and

user flows.

● Design and implement responsive layouts and interactive elements that ensure a

seamless user experience across devices and platforms.

● Use design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar to create high-fidelity

designs and prototypes.

● Apply best practices in UX/UI design to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user

satisfaction.

● Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing, and performance

metrics.

● Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously

improve design processes and outputs.

Requirements:

● Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

● Experience with responsive design techniques and frameworks.

● Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

● Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work

independently and collaboratively.

● Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions

effectively.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with UX research methodologies and usability testing.

● Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

● Knowledge of front-end frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Angular) is advantageous.
