Job Title: UI/UX Developer
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Salary: ₹6,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Chennai

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Developer with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for designing and coding user-friendly, visually appealing, and highly functional interfaces for web and mobile applications. You should have a passion for delivering an excellent user experience and a solid understanding of both UI design and front-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create seamless and engaging user interfaces.
• Design and code responsive, mobile-first, and interactive user interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Ensure the usability, performance, and responsiveness of applications across various devices and screen sizes.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on user requirements and design specifications.
• Develop UI components and integrate with backend services, ensuring clean, efficient code.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• UI/UX Design:
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and UI design principles.
• Front-End Development:
• Solid proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Knowledge of JavaScript libraries and frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Responsive Design: Knowledge of building mobile-first, responsive designs using frameworks and custom media queries.
• Version Control: Proficiency with version control tools, particularly Git.
• UX/UI Principles: Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and creating user personas.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ability to ensure designs and functionality are consistent across all major browsers.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with animation libraries like GSAP or Lottie.
• Familiarity with Node.js or Backend Development for better integration with front-end code.
• Knowledge of design handoff processes and tools like Zeplin.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
