Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design and develop user-centric interfaces and experiences that align with business goals and customer needs. This role combines design thinking, user research, and front-end development skills to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development:

Convert designs into functional, responsive, and optimized front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.

Collaborate with developers to integrate UI/UX designs into backend systems.

User Research and Testing:

Conduct user research to understand target audiences and identify pain points.

Perform usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.

Present design concepts and gather feedback from team members and clients.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure the final products are accessible, cross-browser compatible, and optimized for performance.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design and development processes.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

3+ years of experience in UI/UX development.

Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React JS

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

Experience with motion design and animation using CSS or JavaScript libraries.

Knowledge of user psychology and design thinking principles.
