About the Role:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer & Web Developer who is proficient in Figma, Divi, and Elementor and has experience in converting Figma designs into Elementor-based websites. This role requires a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of user experience principles, and technical expertise in WordPress-based builders. You will start with specific tasks from day one and scale up/down based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design modern, user-friendly, and responsive UI/UX layouts in Figma.
• Convert Figma designs into fully functional Elementor-based pages with pixel-perfect precision.
• Build and customize WordPress sites using Elementor and Divi.
• Optimize web pages for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness across all devices.
• Implement interactive UI elements and animations to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to refine design concepts.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and maintain design consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX and front-end issues.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, WordPress development, and web design best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Strong experience in Elementor and Divi for WordPress website building.
• Ability to convert Figma designs into Elementor-based websites accurately.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience with WordPress customization, themes, and plugins.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with SEO and web performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with other page builders (Beaver Builder, Oxygen, Bricks).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
• Understanding of A/B testing and user behavior analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
