• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Developer/Designer with expertise in React, React Native, and UI/UX design to create intuitive, high-performance web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in modern UI frameworks, design systems, component libraries, and front-end technologies. You will collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, scalable web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native.
• Translate Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into high-quality front-end code.
• Design and build reusable UI components and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Ensure applications meet WCAG accessibility and industry-standard design guidelines.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Work with MongoDB for efficient and scalable data management.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams to ensure seamless UI/UX implementation.
• Stay updated with UI/UX best practices, emerging design trends, and front-end technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI development & design, focusing on web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in React.js, React Native, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of CSS, SASS/LESS, responsive/adaptive design, and component-driven UI development.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch for design prototyping.
• Experience working with Storybook.js for UI component libraries.
• Understanding of Redux, Context API, or React Query for state management.
• Experience with AWS services (Amplify, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, etc.) and MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of mobile-first and accessibility-focused design principles.
• Experience in SCM (Git), Agile/Kanban methodologies, and Jira.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and performance optimization techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Lit Web Components, hybrid (React Native), or multi-platform mobile applications.
• Background in building scalable design systems and contributing to UI/UX strategy.
• Prior experience delivering consumer-grade product experiences.
