About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced UI Developer who is proficient in HTML, CSS, and modern front-end technologies. The ideal candidate must have expertise in automatically converting Figma designs to HTML/CSS using AI tools and should also be able to create Figma designs from scratch. Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, and other design tools is essential.

This role also requires team leadership skills, as you will be responsible for mentoring and managing a small UI team. If you have a passion for clean, responsive UI development and a keen eye for design, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop high-quality HTML & CSS code from Figma and other design tools.

· Utilize AI-based tools to automate Figma to HTML/CSS conversions.

· Create visually appealing, responsive, and accessible UI designs.

· Design user interfaces in Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.

· Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure seamless UI/UX implementation.

· Optimize UI performance and usability for different devices and browsers.

· Lead and mentor a small team of UI designers and front-end developers.

· Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI automation tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in UI development.

Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Software Engineering, or related field.

Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, XD), and Canva.

Experience using AI tools for automating Figma to HTML/CSS conversion.

Ability to create high-fidelity UI/UX designs and prototypes.

Strong knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility.

Prior experience leading and managing a small team.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) is a plus.

· Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS/LESS.

· Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

· Understanding of SEO best practices in UI development.
