Our Post Trade Regulatory Reporting Operations Change Team is dedicated to supporting the implementation and remediation of global regulatory projects. Based in Gurugram, we partner closely with stakeholders worldwide to contribute to our regulatory and operational risk management.

What role will you play?
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering reform changes, strategic projects, and operational control improvements to meet the needs of our shifting regulatory landscape. You will gather requirements, perform root cause investigations, and provide post-release support to the BAU team. Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, you will design and implement compliant solutions, ensuring alignment with key stakeholder requirements.

What You Offer
- 5-9 years of experience within financial services as a Senior Business Analyst, covering derivative products and their trade lifecycle events, preferably with knowledge of transaction regulatory reporting requirements;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Highly collaborative and excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence various business and technical stakeholders from different teams and locations;
- Adaptable with a strong sense of accountability and bias to execute and deliver results; and
- Excellent facilitation skills, with ability to bring structure to ambiguity and experience working within an agile scrum team environment.
