Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, record, and document bugs and issues.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure quality assurance.
• Analyze test results and report findings to the development team.
• Ensure that all software releases meet quality standards before deployment.
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or C++.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries.
• ISTQB certification is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
