.Job Descriptio

• nAssist in configuring, deploying, and maintaining Fortigate firewalls for clients and internal networks
• .Perform basic security assessments and implement security best practices to safeguard client systems
• .Respond to security incidents and participate in root-cause analysis to mitigate risks
• .Implement basic network topologies, including LANs and WANs
• .Configure network protocols like TCP/IP, IP addressing, and routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP)
• .Set up and configure network security features, such as firewalls and access control lists (ACLs)
• .Monitor network performance and identify potential issues using tools like Cisco CLI and SNMP
• .Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and resolve network outages
• .Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issue
  
  

sRequirement

• sBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• .Basic understanding of network security concepts (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems, etc.)
• .Familiarity with Fortigate firewalls is preferred
• .Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and OSI model is a plus
  
  

.Preferred Qualification

• sCertification in Fortinet NSE 1/NSE 2 or similar cybersecurity certifications are preferred
• .Hands-on experience (internship, project work, or self-learning) with network security tools or firewalls are preferred
