We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead to drive the end-to-end quality assurance of our Loan Management System (LMS) in the Digital Lending domain. This role will be responsible for defining test strategies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leading a team to deliver a seamless and robust lending platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning:

• 
  Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the Loan Management System.
• 
  Identify and prioritize testing requirements based on business requirements and risk assessment.

2. Test Execution:

• 
  Lead a team of testers in executing manual and automated tests.
• 
  Ensure that testing is completed on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards.

3. Defect Management:

• 
  Identify, report, and track defects found during testing.
• 
  Collaborate with the Development team to resolve defects and ensure that fixes are properly tested.

6. Team Management:

• 
  Lead, mentor, and coach a team of testers.
• 
  Ensure that team members have the necessary skills, training, and resources to perform their jobs effectively.

7. Stakeholder Management:

• 
  Communicate testing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including Product Management, Development, and Business Leaders.
• 
  Ensure that stakeholders are informed and aligned with testing activities and outcomes.

Requirements

Requirements:

1. Experience:

• 
  At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on leading testing teams.
• 
  Experience with loan management systems or financial services software is a plus.

2. Skills:

• 
  Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• 
  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 
  Ability to lead and manage a team of testers.
• 
  Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA
