Overview
Job Summary
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, participate in requirements collation, clarification, and analysis to evaluate impact and effort estimate. Manage team to Perform documentation of the code changes using SDF framework to maintain an audit trail of the changes. Participate in design discussions for acquiring better understanding of the product and domain. Manage to deliver quality output through tools and with reduced effort. Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture. Manage, guide, and motivate the team to produce results. Is responsible for performance appraisals, career path guidance, training, and conflict resolution within the team. Closely work with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery.
