Test lead with 7-10 years experience in Manual + Healthcare domain knowledgeCreate test plans and test cases based on the project requirements and functional specifications. Define and maintain testing standards and processes to ensure consistent testing practices.Develop and execute test cases to ensure that all software features are thoroughly tested and meet the required quality standards. Identify defects and work closely with the development team to ensure that defects are resolved in a timely manner. Manage the manual testing process, including coordinating test resources and schedules, and tracking testing progress. Communicate testing progress and test results to the project team and stakeholders. Collaborate with the automation testing team to ensure that test cases are efficiently automated. Provide leadership and guidance to the manual testing team.Continuously improve the testing process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.1. 7-8years years exp in manual testing; preferably in Healthcare domain2.
