Job Description:

Ø Should identify the scope, objectives and levels necessary for a project, ensuring test coverage and efficiency. They should be able to manage resources, set deadlines and prioritize tasks, resulting in a smoother testing process and better product quality.

Ø Should design, create and execute functional and non-functional test plan and test cases/scripts, create test data and document expected test results.

Ø Participate in business requirements discussions, design sessions and functional specification reviews with the technology teams.

Ø Should be able to determine testing needs for quick turnaround component/features long term testing needed.

Ø Should Coordinates testing across multiple testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance, and End-to-End testing.

Ø Develops entry/exit criteria for each testing phase.

Ø Should coordinates team members in all testing activities.

Skill set:

Ø Must know about Defect Life Cycle, SDLC, STLC process

Ø Knowledge of basic SQL, DB testing, API testing required

Ø Automation testing experience is added advantage

Ø Driving product readiness. Supporting both technical and business teams.

Ø Establishing fact-based measures of test efficiency, effectiveness, and product readiness.

Ø Keeping management informed of project schedules, status, issues, and metrics

Ø Reporting Defect Reports promptly and thoroughly for defects resolutions &; enhancements

Ø Coaching and mentoring junior test Engineers.

Ø Ability to effectively communicate quality architectures, plans, proposals, and results.

Ø Familiar with all phases of Software Test Life Cycle

Ø Experience collaborating with cross-functional global and remote teams with diverse backgrounds.

Ø Demonstrating good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Ø Well versed with Project management, Process control, Client Communication & Manual Testing.

Education / Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
