Key Responsibilities:

- Test Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the Loan Management System.
- Identify and prioritize testing requirements based on business requirements and risk assessment.
- Test Execution:
- Lead a team of testers in executing manual and automated tests.
- Ensure that testing is completed on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards.
- Defect Management:
- Identify, report, and track defects found during testing.
- Collaborate with the Development team to resolve defects and ensure that fixes are properly tested.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of testers.
- Ensure that team members have the necessary skills, training, and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate testing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including Product Management, Development, and Business Leaders.
- Ensure that stakeholders are informed and aligned with testing activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on leading testing teams.
- Experience with loan management systems or financial services software is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of testers.
- Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA
