Job description:

We are looking for an experienced D365 Test Engineer with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering Functional, QA, and SIT testing in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in D365 testing and be proficient in testing processes in the following areas using D365 FO, Field, and Customer Services:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in D365 testing, particularly Proven experience, in Field Service, CE and FO.

• Strong knowledge of testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Azure DevOps).


• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies and SIT testing in enterprise environments.


• Experience working with clients in the US and Australia, with a strong focus on communication and client satisfaction.


• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other modern development methodologies.


• Skilled test analysts with expertise in test case creation, execution, and defect management.


• The ability to provide flexible engagement models (e.g., onsite, remote, hybrid).

Shift timings: 6 AM – 3 PM
