Roles & Responsibilities :
- Involved in P1,P2 and P3 Tickets and Issue resolution as per committed timeline.
- Complex report creation for Business critical requirements with accuracy.
- Providing Demo to the client with end to end test scripts on new development.
- Technical development for the Business critical requirements.
- Creating/Enhancements on the Annual performance/Bonus letters and creating the Payroll Patterns for automating the process
- Provide best solutions to the product.
- Finalizing the best approaches to the product during refinements to get best results.
- Maintaining detailed documentation on all activities.
