About the role – Test Engineer
Altoura is seeking a detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the quality of web, mobile, and HMD applications through comprehensive manual and automation testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues and drive continuous improvements to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and HMD applications.
- Write, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and checklists based on requirements.
- Write automation test scripts and have them executed.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using a bug tracking system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, UX/UI designers) to understand project requirements.
- Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing to ensure product quality across different environments.
- Ensure products meet functional and design specifications.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience, with experience in both manual and automation testing.
Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proficient in testing web and mobile applications.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, API testing techniques and Postman.
- Knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium, etc.
Bonus Experience:
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
- Knowledge of data science concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with security best practices for cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with Azure CI/CD pipeline.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
