Job Description:
Netstratum is looking for a Test Engineer with 2+ years of experience in Manual Testing.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for efficient test management and traceability.
• Demonstrate expertise in different types of testing, including Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, ensuring comprehensive coverage of test scenarios.
• Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities to organize and track testing progress effectively.
• Identify, record, and meticulously document bugs to track issues and collaborate with the development team for prompt resolution.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Manual testing, with a proven track record of utilizing Rally/ADO for managing test cases and test execution.
• Strong experience in quality assurance processes and a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium or JMeter will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with any performance testing tools will be a plus, showcasing a commitment to optimizing software performance and user experience.
• Experience in handling client calls, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills for project communication and collaboration.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring thorough testing and accurate bug reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A passion for delivering high-quality software solutions and a dedication to continuous improvement to streamline testing processes and enhance project efficiency.
